We reserved 7 jet skis for my bachelor party with a different tour guide (one of the other jet ski companies in the area). They scammed us and sent us to this company saying they were a great company because they original company could not accommodate our group but exotic rentals could. We arrive and upon arrival before even greeting us with a welcome... the owner simply asks for $1000 credit card hold. He mentions it three times to us repeatedly even though we have agreed to pay. All he cares about is the deposit even though already told him we will be paying. He tells us to take pictures of the jet skis when we get to them... the issue is the jet skis are out on the bay and you have to kayak to them.... then you have to get on the jet skis from the back. All the jets skis are damaged everywhere and you can take photos but only from the back.... the front is facing the water and the only way to get photos is to literally go swim to take photos. We return the jet skis and of course the owner says we damaged the already broken jet skis for $300. We end up paying the $300. As we are leaving they try to charge us for another part of the already damaged jet skis. Its very clear the 5 star reviews are fake and the 1 star reviews of this place are from other people who also got scammed. Not sure how the owner sleeps well at night with such a terrible morality. Also something pretty shady is happening behind the lockers behind some black curtains that reads exotic above it.. take a look if you do end up going there despite this review.
