Was late for check-in due to vendor amending the original time it was scheduled (and placed into my phone). Vendor refused to reschedule or issue a refund. We really didn't want the refund - just the experience, as this was a wedding gift for us for our honeymoon. It was a huge disappointment not only to us, but to our family members who paid for this for us. A waste of their money and sweet intentions for a selfish company. Definitely not a good experience for our honeymoon. Do not recommend. They just might change your time and hold you accountable for not showing up on time after it's changed. Spend your money somewhere more customer-centric.
