We rode the hop on hop off bus to the 9 stops which was great . Our original driver was nice and courteous. Then, We got back in and we got “Tim”. Rude. Told everyone to basically shut up and sit down. Yelled at two people for talking to their family while he was talking. Yelled at another woman for using her phone . An Asian man said something back to Tim after Tim had asked him not to talk while he was talking and Tim threw the bus into park, Whipped around and yelled at this man … WHAT DID YOU SAY?!? DID YOU SAY SOMETHING TO ME ?!? The entire bus was stunned . So rude and confrontational and aggressive. Scary . We could not wait to get off this bus . Later when we had to get back on , he was the driver again . Our time was running out so we had to take this bus back. He was the same . What a rude driver . He obviously hates people and his job. He doesn’t belong in a tourist based job.

Highly recommend!!! It was a great experience. We hopped on and off several times at different stops and so we got a few different drivers. The drivers explained a lot about the different sites and we got to learn some history as well. Each driver was very personable, friendly, and quite humorous. My mom, who doesn’t understand all jokes in English, was laughing too! If we hadn’t done this trolley tour , we wouldn’t have seen half of the things we got to see and tour in Boston or learn about some of the important sites. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you to this company and drivers!
