We had a day in Boston and decided to take this trolly tour...best idea...we were able to hop on and off and see everything we wanted...Michaelangelo was the BEST of the drivers...HUGO was great too...both able to give the history in an informative, interesting and humerous way thanks guys...

I’ve been to Boston many times with my family and friends. I’ve done the Cityview tours before and have enjoyed the great information from the guides. However, one particular guide, Tom, was very rude today. I was helping to translate the information he was relaying to my uncle (who doesn’t understand English and is hard of hearing) and he rudely tells me to “stop talking” and when I told him I was trying to translate (which I was doing in a polite whisper) he embarrassed me further by telling me to “be quieter cause I’m distrusting the experience for 39 other passengers”! He wasn’t even talking about anything historical—just about his career as a prop person for movies! Very rude and unprofessional, and inconsiderate to guests visiting from other countries. Shameful and definitely will avoid going to his tours in the future!

We loved this tour we went on a Sunday so the city was less busy. Our tour guide was funny and informative and asked if anyone had questions, she was fantastic! I t nice to do a hop on hop off tour and pick what you do or don't want to explore more.
