My family first did the boat tour and had a very informative and humorous guide named Sean who did a great job. Then on the Trolley we had Hugo!! You have to have Hugo for your guide! He knows the history and Boston inside and out with all sorts of facts, and... has a millions jokes he fits in between all the facts! Great time and the most reasonably priced attraction.

This is the most flexible way to see the Freedom Trail, with informative drivers, easy on and off at points of interest as you wish. Best way to make it from the Commons to the Constitution and back. Augment with the walking tour for maximum benefit of the history.

I booked this trolley with a groupon, My husband and I jumped on and got off at most of the stops. This is great as you can get off in whatever area you want, look around, eat, shop and then get back on for the next stop!! they run every 10-15 minutes so getting back on is easy!! I do have to say you can only do the round trip one time. You cannot stay on and see everything and then the next time around get off the stops that interest you. This enabled us to see more of Boston as I don't think I could have walked to all of these places in the time we had.
