Our first day in Boston on our honeymoon & it was recommended that the best way to see the city was to take a hop on hop off trolley tour. We booked 2 tickets at $45 dollars each & it would’ve been cheaper to book a taxi! We couldn’t hop on or off as the Trams were always full. Each driver announced that the next trolley would arrive every 6-7 minutes, this turned into waits of up to 16 minutes & each driver that came & went informed us they would call their despatch as at stop 4 there was nearly 30 people waiting to catch the trolley. Definitely would not recommend this company. Thank you for ruining the first day of our honeymoon & clouding our views of Boston.

Hi Mark, thank you for you feedback...we pride ourselves on our excellent service in the industry, however we do on very rare times run into some snags with unforeseen and uncontrollable situations such as city traffic which will delay trolleys and cause the circumstance you discribed. This does not happen often, please email me directly during your next Boston visit, we would like to comp you a couple tickets for a better experience.

We had the pleasure of meeting 3 of the drivers and touring the sites of Mass. Each one told a little different story about the historical facts of the area. Hugo was the one driver that our family remembered because he was sure to hold up a card with his name on it.

We hopped on the trolley when we got off the airplane and were waiting for check-in time for our AirBnb. Our carry-on luggage fit nicely in the front and we were able to tour around to get our bearings in this new city while thoroughly enjoying our driver's commentary. He was hilarious and informative all at once. We had the 2 day option through the GO City Boston card and could travel the next day as well. Great experience!!
