« Cuz what are you gonna do? - stir the sauce ». Hugo made the trolley tour absolutely amazing! Super entertaining, knowledgeable, he made sure that we all felt welcome no matter where you came from! He’s the best kept secret in Boston!

Been local for >10 years, but decided to take the trolley tour when my boyfriend’s folks came to visit. Wanted to say “Huzzah” to our driver Hugo. Really fun and knowledgeable about Boston lore. Made it a really good time. (Hopped on a tour later but driver was less fun.) Trolley tour and the habor tour were worth it, but a great driver makes a huge difference.

Despite a crowded Saturday, there wasn't a long wait. Buses come along frequently. You could get off to visit points of interest and catch the next bus. We stayed on loop first time through to stay with our guide to get overview. Very good tour made great by Hugo. He was informative, funny and entertaining. If I owned a tour company, I would hire him away from them.
