It's my 1st time be in Boston. Generally, the hop on/hop off trip is fine except at stop 2 "little Italy" we were ignored by the bus 119 which was driven by; It did not stop to let us get on.

Dear Customer, plz know we provide many private charters that do not make stops…this trolley was on a private transportation or tour without stops. Signs are posted on the Non-Stop charters and it’s likely you didn’t notice it. All our regularly scheduled trolley tours must make stops as there are passengers on board each trolley that would require to hop off to visit. We apologize for any misunderstanding and we will find ways to make our signs more noticeable in the future. Thank you for your feedback. -Mike T

Our first driver was rude, the second driver was entertaining. The trolley route does not hit all the major attractions, but the stop locations were convenient . Decent enough way to get around.

Dear Customer, thank you for sharing your experience with us…we certainly would like to know more about your guides, please email me directly at [email protected]. As far as the designated stops, these are assigned by the city of Boston’s traffic department and are carefully chosen in safe spaces where trolleys are able to access the curbs and are very close to if not at the most areas of interest to visit. We apologize if there was some walking involved but this is the norm with hop on/off tours in any city, our stops are also clearly shown on our brochure/map and are easy to navigate to.
