This place is SO trashy! Clientele super sketchy. Employees are RUDE! Here is a photo of the ā€œcompanion ā€ restroom.

I saw the review from the person that stated he/she was there on the 21st of April. We were there the same day, but I did NOT experience ANYTHING that was listed on that review. The park was near-dead. Cheetah Hunt was the longest wait and at the most, I saw 45. I think the most wait of the other ones was maybe 15...tops. We did have Quick Queue, but most of the time we didn't even need them. We utilized them on Cheetah Hunt, obviously, but even at the end of the day, it was a minimal wait. In the last 15 minutes of the day, we went on it TWICE. The queue bars were FAR from being full. I cannot comment on the parking experience as we were shuttled by a hotel. There was NO WAIT for the temp check at 10am entry. It is true that there were minimal food stations and it was a bit of a PITA to walk forever to find one, but there was only a few people ahead of us. We had no issues finding a table, either. There were plenty. Drink stations weren't as difficult to find. Again, I didn't have a wait for any of these..maybe one or two people in front of us. We didn't opt for a dining plan as the half-pound burgers were PLENTY for the day. I would imagine if their hours were longer and you were there for 12 hours, it might come in handy. I saw one person who didn't have a mask on and some older guy made some snide comments to the person about it. I did NOT see employees (noticeable, anyway) walking the park much. If we needed something or had a question, we had to find a shop open so we could ask questions. But, this did not hinder anything. It wasn't like you had to walk around FOREVER to find someone. LOL The park was clean. I did not see any trash floating around the park AT ALL. I am not trying to be a cheerleader for them because I was VERY skeptical after reading reviews from earlier in the month. Our experience was the way it was because it was in the middle of the week and not during a prime time. For the records, their website will tell you scheduled maintenance on rides...you can check and see what will be closed ahead of time so there are no surprises. We knew Sand Serpent would be closed before we went. I did see a few temporary closures of a few coasters, but it was not of any significant length at all....minutes, maybe? In fact, Sheikra closed as I was getting in line for it.....people all the left line and buy the time I got out of the line, it opened back up. *shrug* Things happen....but all scheduled closures are clearly outlined on their website. OH! I do highly recommend the souvenir cup drink option. It seems expensive, but at the moment, you get FREE REFILLS on the day of purchase. In Florida, that meant we refilled NUMEROUS times. It was a beautiful day, very minimal crowds...... the only thing I did NOT like is watching that poor tiger pace in a circle over and over and over again. It broke my heart! ((I have video of us walking through Cobra's Curse....nearly nobody in line..but I can't post a video here that I can figure out!))

Terrible! Donā€™t waste your money! Dirty park, rude, lazy workers that take no pride in their job. Restaurants donā€™t open until 2pm and close at 5 so donā€™t waste your money on meal pass. Food is old frozen reheated with a few hairs in it. Many rides not open, very few animals, no maps given so u are literally walking in circles. 45 minute wait to get train into park. Long wait times for very few rides that are open. Place totally sucks!
