PROS Short lines. Most of the rides took 20-30 minutes on a Friday. Fun Rides. Most of the rides were incredibly fun. CONS COVID: Defined not enough COVID hand sanitizer stations. Details: Simple things (potted plant on its side) not taken care of make you wonder if they are capable of completing hard tasks (ride maintenance). Food: Waited 35 minutes on line for food. Everyone shuffles through a small room to get food. Didnā€™t feel COVID safe.

I've been an annual pass holder for a number of years. Yesterday we made reservations and found when we got there, not necessary. The park was full and although there were signs and announcements about wearing masks, only about 50 percent of us wore them. The food and wine fest should have been called mixed drink and beer fest. Only one place for limited wine with huge line. All lines were very long so we left and went outside the park for dinner. I recommend Busch Gardens take down the mask requirement signs if they aren't going to enforce it.

The worst amusement park experience we have ever had. We've visited this park many times and will not be going back. 1. We were told the parking shuttle was not available so we walked to the entrance but then it was clear the shuttle was actually available. 2. It took us ONE FULL HOUR to get into the park. There was no line organization, it was chaos, and people cut to the front constantly. 3. At least 3/4 of food places were closed, including the whole back of the park, which caused wait times for the remaining food places to go through the roof. We're talking almost an hour to get food. We wasted so much time looking for food we were exhausted and lost a lot of ride time. 4. The park was so poorly staffed that wait times for rides were huge, much longer than they usually are. So sad that such a formerly great park would be run so poorly now. We are not concerned about covid protocols, but we noticed there were basically no protocols observed except mask wearing. I'm sure the park reps will blame this terrible experience on covid, but that's a lie. It's clear they are trying to save cash by understaffing the park.
