First, you must know that they are strict on their mask policy. Park employees monitor compliance as they walk around. There are mask free zones set up if you want to take a break from masks. Secondly, The park is short handed and lots of the drink and food huts around the park are closed. Some of the rides and kids activities are also also closed. I got the impression that the park needs some upkeep. Thirdly, Having said that, they offer free admission for the year for kids 5 and under The park offers adults a fun pass. For the cost of day ticket to Busch gardens and adventure island you get free passes for the year. It is a great way to spend the day with kids and much cheaper alternative to Disney. Lastly, It is a roller coaster themed park and it is amazing to see them. They are designed so you can walk under them and my kids would not stop looking at them. But there is also so much to do involving animals. The Serengeti and Safariā€™s (cost extra) are incredible. They have a new restaurants overlooking the Serengeti that we did not yet try but looked inviting. I highly recommend going but be aware that during covid19 protocols you are getting a bit scaled down version.

My family loves how it was zoo and rides together. We had the all day meal and it was hard to find somewhere to eat. When we did find a restaurant, it was 1 hour wait to get up to server

We went to Busch Gardens on our Spring Break which was not the same time as Florida's Spring Break. I must say I was super nervous about the whole experience from all the negative reviews. We arrived at 9:15 when parking was supposed to open and it opened about 9:25am. We waited a short time for the tram to the park and were walking in the front gate of the park by 9:50 (before official park opening at 10am). We were required to scan our reservation as well as our ticket for entry. We did not find the park overly crowded. We waited maybe 25-30 mins to get lunch although we did eat at an off time to avoid some crowds. I will say that if you are going there to ride the roller coasters, that investment in the Quick Que will make your day more enjoyable as they are not fully loading the rides due to Covid. It is not a cheap investment, but if your main goal is coasters you will ride way more with it. There are many other things to see in the park with the animals and we really enjoyed the gorilla area where they were quite active and playing around. We found the park to be clean and the staff friendly. My only complaint would be that we had planned to eat at the Smokehouse restaurant before leaving the park at about 5pm. It closes at 4:30 much to our disappointment. I would say if your park is open until 6pm then all of your dining and retail locations should remain open until park closing.
