Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. Poorly run. Guessing theyā€™re going out of business soon. Like everything in the Seaworld suite of theme parks, this place is underwhelming. Despite having ā€œpreferred parkingā€ there wasnā€™t a single empty spot to park in the area they told us to go to. And nobody to direct traffic or help guide us. The bathroom when you first enter the park is very rundown and a little girl inside correctly pointed out it smelled like cat pee. There are no physical maps available and the online map is not interactive so itā€™s easy to lose your way. Standing in line at the Nairobi Train Station, there is a clock that says ā€œnext train 1:35ā€ even though itā€™s after 2pmā€. Assuming this means an hr and 35m wait though weā€™ve been waiting that long already and have barely moved. There is nobody here to ask questions or help us. Many families in front of me muttered they canā€™t wait any longer and left the line. A girl in her 20s passed out from waiting in the hot sun. Besides the train, the non-coaster rides like the boat ride and the sky ride are not in operation. There are some areas with good foliage and shade which make it superior to Seaworld as far as theme but the park is far from what it could be if they increased their staff, added more non-coaster rides and paid more attention to detail. If youā€™ve gone to Disney parks you will be very disappointed in the overall quality of this park. Universal is much better too. I realize those places have massive budgets but just adding more coasters to a mediocre park does not make it better.

So many negatives, I'll try to summarize: 1) Wait time for everything is LONG! Wait to park your car. Wait to ride shuttle into park. Wait to get temperature checked. Wait to get scanned for weapons. Wait to get tickets scanned. Then once you're in...LONG wait (at least an hour) for food! Wait time to ride the train...impossible. We could not see waiting 1-2 hours. Tried waiting till closer to the end of the day only to find they shut it down early. We had quick queue passes, otherwise wait time for rides would have been at least an hour as well. 2) Mask enforcement was borderline harassment! EVERY ride or animal viewing reminded you to wear it over your nose. If it slipped down slightly while walking through the park, you'd get yelled. I'm not kidding when I say YELLED at. We sat down twice during our hours long stay to rest our feet & take a breath. We were at a bench with no one anywhere near us, and both times had a security guard approach us telling us we had to wear our masks. They had "mask rest areas" in just a couple locations, but they were hard to find and in the sun. The employees were rude about it, even when it was illogical to approach someone who was not impacting anyone else in the park by their breathing. 3) Many areas and attractions were closed. We did not get to see multiple animal exhibits. This was a waste of money. We had 14 day passes, but our first trip was our last. We will not go back at least until they lift their overreaching restrictions and hire more competent staff so they can increase the number of places you can eat at and the number of exhibits that are open.
