Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. So mad we got on one ride of 5 hours we tried to ride and we ended up spending three hours in line for it to break and us not to be able to ride it

I don't normally write reviews but Busch Gardens was a mess. The temperature check seems pointless, if someone has a fever they would know. Non-maskers were allowed to roam and spread their COVID, with absolutely no repercussions. They should be kicked out of the park. I lost my pass and when I tried to reprint it at the kiosk it told me I had to go to the ticket windows. The line was awful and not social distanced. There were stickers on the floor telling you were to stand, but no enforcement??? Thankfully the ladies who helped me in the ticket windows were very nice, I think her name was Brittany or Sindy and her supervisor Cathy was such good help I almost thought the day would be fine. Of course as soon as I got in the gate my knee started acting up and I had to actually pay for a wheelchair. I was so frustrated I went to get food and then ride my favorite ride. Never have I thrown up before, but they must of increased the speed because Cheetah Hunt made me sick to my stomach. I had to wait in line even with my dislocated knee! He told me to go get a RAP whatever that is (sounds inappropriate I prefer gospel music, but I was not about to wait in another line for an outpost. And where are the bathrooms? When an old lady needs to take a leak and old lady needs to take a leak. Absolutely disrespectful lady in the food stand. She put her finger in my food so I made sure to get her name. If you see a carmen handing out popcorn, just starve. I asked to get a clean box without her touching it and she just gave me a dirty look RUDE. Will not ever return, even with a few months left on my pass.

went 2/8/2021. price high for parking, 24.00 dollars. only one tram working at 10:00 am to get into park. Getting into Park with ticket faced my first rude employee, i was questioned why i didn't have a reservation to get into the park.at this point i lost my desire to be there .So many things shut down no entertainment such as shows or live music ,sky tram was closed. Roller costers open. oh here is a good one they ask if you want your picture taken when you first enter, I said yes and then was scolded for taking our mask off, yes folks they want to take your pic with a mask on. Cost of food is a rip, We ate dinner at the smokehouse and we had the lady at checkout rude,2nd time i wish i wasn't there . The park is starting to fall apart the sidewalks are be patched with black top, oh and check out the roof joists at the smokehouse going up the ramp it has wood rot or termites At the smokehouse the floor had bird POOP everywhere on the floor and one table had it on .Overall they need a street sweeper to water clean the sidewalks Leaving the park they had two trams working which seemed to be ok in moving people. Bottom line save your money ,not worth what you get .Will I go back maybe in the distant future ,my grandchildren are coming in March i will not recommend them in going.
