Upset grandma! So we have been going to bush gardens with our passes this year and bought right before the pandemic. We had one free school age pass for our five year old granddaughter. The passes were extended three months and when we drove there today could not go because they did not extend the free school pass. We were told that those were not extended because we didnā€™t pay for them. So we had to leave! So what would it hurt to extend the school free pass a few Weeks/months with the family passes that were bought for the year. Doesnā€™t make sense! Very bad PR in my opinion. Itā€™s bad enough that so many things are shut down there that donā€™t seem to need to Be that youā€™d think they would want the families to come and spend money. I had four very sad grandkids and my daughter and I who were very disappointed today and for a stupid reason! And to add to that we tried to call them couple days prior and waited on hold for an hour one day and over an hour another day with no pick up! What kind of service is that? We donā€™t want to buy a pass for the little one with only few weeks time left and So many things closed! I have been trying to get on the sky ride with them and had never reopened. We will not plan to renew our passes for this year!

On 12/28/2020, I took 5 grandkids and two adults to the park. There was a pretend temperature check in a room full of people with a camera which supposedly took our temps. Waited 90 mins in line to get a meal, limited table availability outside due to no inside seating. Waited 2 hrs to get a a ride which only seated by family leaving over half the seats empty which only enhanced the wait time. There were very few place to eat and those open had extreme lines and prices. Many attractions were closed all under the guise of Covid. Spending $900.00 to wait , eat and wait again for one ride did not constitute good value or a good time. Contacting customer service by mail and still waiting. Not a happy customer and will not return or recommend.

This must have been the worst experience I have ever had. I paid $180 and rode 2 rides. On the 7th hour in the park, after waiting an hour and a half for the Cheetah Hunt, they announce to say that the ride is experiencing ā€œtechnical difficultiesā€. I will never pay a penny to and for the park ever again.
