We have l passes that was to be valid until 1/3/22 according to numerous phone calls and confirmations with Busch Gardens. When we went 1/4/21 we were told our pass is no longer valid. I am very upset because I would have got new passes when they were on sale. After speaking on the phone 4 more times I am told our passes were sebt to IT. The supervisor stated that IT can probably fix it. Three days later, as the supervisor stated, I called. The supervisor I spoke to stated that the first supervisor shouldn't have given me a time frame and that she had no idea what IT could do in the first place. I am so sad tgat we will never be back.

Overall clean. Could better enforce social distancing. Fun rides. Some of hand sanitizer stations were empty at times.

Over pricing for quick que & not delivering is unacceptable! Rides not working unacceptable! My niece (bday girl) was depressed After waiting 90mins in line for 1 ride, i was advised by a worker that they offer quick que passes for about $40. Well it was actually $169 plus tax per person. I was willing to pay whatever just as long as i could put a smile on my niece face. First they only had maybe 5rides open, we waited in line for 37mins to be told the ride (the drop) was broke when then proceeded to another ride that wait was 48mins. By that time the kids were hungry so i purchased an all you can eat pass $40 for adults $20 for kids, the wait time for the food was also ridiculous, only used it twice, unfortunately i don’t eat meat only seafood, i wish i was told beforehand that they weren’t going to be available. My 2sisters ate a hotdog pretzel. leaving the park 1 one kept saying she felt nauseous & within a hr she vomited on the car ride home, 2hrs later my other sister threw up. After we ate we got on one more ride which we waited about 30mins. To add insult to injury it started drizzling. Moral, quick que passes aren’t quick & all day dining is not worth the $$. I definitely expected more for the price i paid! Left Busch gardens overwhelmed & the bday girl was so disappointed! She went to chuckecheese & had a ball lol
