Everything, EVERYTHING! Takes forever! Any question out of the ordinary no one seems to know the answer. First my eat all day pass didnā€™t work, had to wait in line at quest services for over an hour, twice. Ended up just getting a refund. Lines for rides took well over an hour each, some over 2 hours. Unless your rich and can afford $160 MORE dollars per person for a quick queue you donā€™t have enough day to do everything, you pay big bucks to stand in lines all day, including the 90 minute wait for lunch. It took all day to eat twice and ride 4 coasters. And I was very disappointed, Busch gardens Williamsburg is soo much better. This trip was miserable, and it wasnā€™t because of the rona, I understand that part, it was the worst theme park I have ever been too.

The park is great for thrill seekers and was better than last time we went due to two new rides. Tigris is a great new ride and the other will open soon. We went on a Monday and it was too crowded. We were there for 6 hours and only road 3 rides. This was very disappointing since we made reservations thinking the park would have reduced capacity. The other reason for the low review is that there is no social distancing. People are on top of you wherever you go - the ride lines, food lines and walking. They also didnā€™t have all of the food/drink vendors open so that made the lines really long and left us thirsty for most of the day. We went back on Tuesday and had a better ride time experience in the morning, but when we left, the line went from the entrance all the way to the tram. They need to reduce capacity for a safer more enjoyable experience.

HORRIBLE!! Been going here for several yrs with my kids and we went with kids yesterday 12-29-20 it was MISERABLE!!! Last day of our vacation wanted to do something extra and fun filled and all we got was a 700.00 loss, was there 3 hrs stood in line for 2 hrs for one roller coaster and waited for 1 hr for something to drink. Ridiculous and there was no social distancing at any times other than less riders per ride. Long lines, dirty conditions and rude staff. Will not be returning other than it was a huge waste of my money and a total disappointment to all. Just call this a loss and find other fun if you want to get your money worth / Susan
