One of the top zoos in North America, Busch Gardens brings you face-to-face with more exotic and endangered animals than any destination outside of Africa. Prepare yourself for heart-pounding excitement with SheiKra - America's first dive coaster. Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. This place was so packed today, there is no way they are limiting the amount of people. Lines just for food was over an hour and a half wait . The ice show that used to be in the building is outside now . Which is fine but to charge an upgrade fee of 20 a person for preferred seating is ridiculous. When it was inside you got preferred seating with the platinum annual pass. They are not wiping down tables or rides between people. We have had passes for years and today was more crowded than before COVID. Workers are rude, there is no social distance in any lines but rides are every other seat but you are shoulder to shoulder in any lines . All rides are 1 and a half to 2 hour wait . I made a huge mistake buying annual passes again yesterday , asked for a refund as we did not feel safe and was told sorry they do not offer refunds and itā€™s a binding contract . However they mislead you on there website promising limited capacity and protocols.

Pros: We got our daily steps in for the day walked 4 miles going in circles: Cons: Large. Crowds also walking aimlessly through a mostly closed down theme park looking for something to do: If you are looking for some fun and cheering up stay far away from here,

FUN, FUN, FUN!! If you want lots of rides with a few animals thrown in for good measure, this is a great park. Skip the All-Day-Dining add on (unless you can eat an entrƩe, side and beverage once each hour) and DO ADD the pass that let's you jump the line as many times as you want! This pass was about $130 per person and allowed us to ride the rides as often as we liked and we usually only waited 5 - 15 minutes, rather than the "regular" lines with 30 - 60 minute waits. LOTS more rides for our money!! MUST ride the Safari Train, even tho your line jump pass won't get you on any faster - well worth the wait to get that close to the African animals in a large "natural" setting. For my money, skip the "Kumba" roller coaster, as that was the only one that banged us around a great deal (a bit headache inducing). All of the other big coasters were super smooth and a little scary - the perfect combination!
