Food lines 30+ minutes, zero social distancing, maybe half the rides were open. The craziest thing to me was this: when you are on a ride they put you in every other row which on the surface makes sense - 6 feet from the people in front of and behind your group. But, it doesn’t make sense to seat us 6 feet apart for a 30 second ride if we are getting in the same car that people just got out of, and then the next group gets in right after us, with no one wiping down the area. The every other car thing makes zero sense if the cars aren’t wiped down in between - it just results in MUCH longer lines. If the posted sign says 60 minutes be prepared to wait at least 75, etc. complete waste of a day, money and precious time off for us.

Shows are almost nonexistent. Park has half the booths closed and most of the attractions except rides are closed. I’m so disappointed with the visit. I guess since I’ve been going since my childhood I’m spoiled by the quality that once was. The food was cold and the service wasn’t up to par. One of the employees was very disrespectful to me and a handicapped man who entered the festhouse through the bathroom and didn’t realize it wasn’t open yet. The door should’ve been locked or a sign posted. I’m not going back until things change.

Not honoring tickets for Covid cancellations. Unbelievable. Customer Service is horrible. I asked for a Manager and they wouldn't even come to phone.
