Customer Service is only there to make you so frustrated you quit trying. My wife and I spent almost 45 minutes on the phone because they closed the park at the last minute. They couldn't seem to understand that our out of town guests couldn't reschedule at the Park's convenience. The "supervisor" Daisy, was also supremely unhelpful. Their policies prevented her from making any decisions and prevented her from providing any customer service. If Seaworld/Busch Gardens is unable to provide the services that they contracted for by selling me tickets, they should be able to provide an immediate refund. I shouldn't have to spend 45 minutes on the phone and still not get satisfaction and then be told that my only other recourse is to send an email from their website. Which based on the last 45 minutes means that it will be ignored and filed in the trash. Also, Seaworld/Busch Gardens is lying to their own employees. They had it in their system as a weather closure. It wasn't! It was an infrastructure failure. A City of Tampa water main broke so they had to close the park. There is nothing weather related in that statement.

I absolutely LOVED the way that the theme park was completely decked out in Christmas lights. I enjoyed the holiday music that was playing all day long and caught myself singing along to random carols. The best activity of the night was watching the Christmas ice skating show, and getting a cup of hot cocoa in a take home, plastic souvenir cup. However, be prepared to pay $10 a pop for a non-alcoholic hot chocolate that tastes like the same thing that you can get from a gas station for a buck. YIKES! The good news is that I was able to take advantage of a black Friday offer for a reduced price admission ticket and a BOGO 50% off for the meal plan. ;) These Black Friday offers made it much more affordable for a family of 4. Regardless, plan to spend a lot!

Donā€™t bother wasting your money on this park. We just spent close to 400$ for the entrance and fast pass in which 98% of all attractions and restaurants are still closed. The guest services manager was also very rude and not helpful with the situation If your willing to spend 400$ to see some penguins, heyyyyy enjoy!
