Would not recommend! Paid the full price for a ticket to get inā€¦. Half the stuff was closed, barely any animals to see, the employees were beyond rude and obviously were not happy to be there! They were out of straws and lids for the paper cups and also the high dollar reusable cups. Overall I am very disappointed!

We had a very nice day. The food was very expensive. $50 for two pieces of pizza and some fruit. More expensive than the mouse in Orlando. I had a rum drink that was very good. We enjoyed several of the rides. The Iron Gwazi was tons of fun. The Cheetah hunt was also good.

Absolutely worst theme park experience ever. Being from NW Florida, we were former Annual Pass Holders to Disney for 4 years prior to Covid. After not traveling for 2 years we decided to change it up and visit BG...Biggest mistake ever!!...Only positive I can give is the actual roller-coasters, the rides themselves....thats it. I have never in all of my theme park experience have encountered so many hateful, plain disrespectful inconsistent employees and overall set up in my life...specifically Adam and Carla on the Iron Gwazi need to be unemployed...but i can honestly say very few employees seemed to enjoy there job. Adam imparticular took issue with my wife's purse/fannie pack. She was wearing a purse that converts to a Fannie pack....had a waste strap with a metal buckle...that also converts to a shoulder strap purse....He didnt give her a opportunity to convert it....ran us down and kicked her out of line...I even offered to fold it up and stick it in my fannie pack...but he wasnt having it...told us to rent a locker when we have been riding for 2 days without a problem.....meanwhile...folks are getting in line with beer and vaping...wearing over the shoulder purses. I am a combat veteran and absolutely disappointed the way we were treated. Anywhere else...especially my neck of the woods...Adam wouldnt have been doing very much talking after his first few words....We took the issue to guest services...and was told its the operator discretion...no hearing us out...no further looking into it....nothing.I booked a SeaWorld/Busch Gardens Hotel package. I took my vouchers to the self service, printed out my tickets and quick que passes and entered the park. We used our Quick Que passes for the most part without issue until our second day. I accidentally lost my quick que card on the train and went to customer service. When I presented my daughters card to show what it looked like.... the lady in guest services asked if I had been getting on the rides with that particular card...I said yes without issues....the employees look at it and wave my family on the ride. She looks at another employee smirks and then proceeds to tell she has never seen the card ...that there machine printed out...that I should have gotten some other card...then prints me out two front of the line access cards since she couldn't replace my old one. We are down for 5 days...we are doing one more day at Busch Gardens to finish it up and won't be back...gonna finish up our vacation at Sea World.
