We visited on 3/11/22.We prepaid for premium parking which we were told was full when we arrived at 10am. It was the first day of the Wine and Food Festival. Very few booths were open. Booths that were open, the refrigerators were locked so they couldn't access drinks. We did have some great BBQ shrimp tacos at one booth that was open. We spent the whole day walking thru mostly closed or empty attractions. First time visitor. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Very little to do besides roller Coasters. Price for quick pass was absurd. Some of the aviary houses were closed by 5.

We regret to read about this disappointment. At this time, we are proud to present our Turn It Up! show on select dates and a variety of live music during our Food & Wine Festival! We also love our Serengeti Express Train, which is the perfect opportunity to view our animal ambassadors on the Serengeti Plain. We have forwarded your comments to the appropriate leadership team for their review and further internal action, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment. If you need further assistance, please contact our guest services at [email protected]. -AN

Not worth even half of what we paid. Bought season passes and this was our third trip. We prefer the animals over the rides and have not seen very many. Today the reason was outbreak of FL avian flu. OK, that explains why absolutely no birds were seen but what about the other animals? Even if we had only paid $10/person I would have been extremely disappointed. Not renewing season pass.

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience during your recent visit. Busch Gardens is committed to the health and well being of all of the animals in our care. While we are currently protecting our bird population, the majority of our animals are in their habitats at this time, and we sincerely apologize if you have not been able to observe them during your visit. We appreciate this feedback, and we hope to see you back soon. -LJ
