We went to the park on 3/10/22 and all of the shows were closed. 90% of the animal exhibits did not have animals in them. There were 4 rides that were in operation, once you rode them there was nothing else to do. We paid $110 per person and felt that we did not get our monies worth. As soon as you walk in you realize that you have wasted your money and it goes downhill from there. Unless you have money to burn try to find a better value for your money. Just walking down the street would be time better spent than going to Busch Gardens.

We regret to read about this disappointment. Unfortunately, despite annual maintenance and daily operating inspections, our rides can experience technical difficulties, just as any other mechanical device. We employ our own onsite maintenance team, and in most cases are able to open the attraction again quickly. We sincerely apologize if this was not the case on the date of your visit, and we would like to assure you that we have forwarded your comments to our leadership team for their future consideration. If you need further assistance, please send our guest services an email at [email protected]. -AN

I used to go to the park when I was a kid living in Tampa. I just moved back to south Florida and purchased an Annual Pass to be able to go anytime I want and take friends and family. I recently purchased a day ticket and Quick Queues to take my granddaughter on a visit. Her flight was canceled so we couldn't go on the date scheduled so I requested a change as directed by the web site. I called their "Customer Care" number a total of 6 times and waited on the line for varying lengths up to 30 minutes and each time opted for the "save your place in line and we will call you back as soon as possible" Option #1. My first call was two days ago and I still have not received a call back. All I want to do is change my ticket dates from 3/13 to 3/15 and I cannot get any help. I wrote to "Guest Correspondence" and after a day, was told to call the Customer Care number. This is some of the worst customer service I have seen. At my age, that's a very poor statement of quality.

We regret to read about this experience, Mary. As you might imagine, our customer care center is receiving a high volume of requests at this time, and we thank you for your patience during these longer than average wait times. We have forwarded your review to our leadership for their review and further internal action. If you need further assistance, please email us at [email protected]. -AN

My family went on February 22. A majority of the rides were shut down for "seasonal maintenance" or whatever. Most of the places serving food were also closed. Consequently, the lines to get on a ride or get something to eat were extremely long. There was nothing on the website to indicate that these closures were in place, nor was there a reduction in admission. It was so disappointing. We also heard that there had been a power surge the Friday before, and the park was shut down. People who were there were given passes for Tuesday. What fun that was....not! We did enjoy the Congo River Rapids after an hour-in-line wait. The Sand Serpent was another story. The line wasn't too long, but when we were about to get in our car, the ride malfunctioned and was closed down with people stranded on the tracks. We were in the park for about 6 hours and enjoyed about a half hour of that time. Needless to say, we will share our unpleasant experience with anyone we know who plans to attend this park in the future. I really believe that it is the responsibility of a business to make patrons aware of changes in services or adjust the admission price.
