Discover a colorful village nestled among towering trees, explore a 3-story play land of climbing nets and exploration tunnels, soar above the treetops on a zip line adventure or launch into the sky from inside a 35-foot (10 meter) waterfall. Then, come face-to-face with orangutans and test your strength in a tug of war with a Bengal tiger, all in Jungala - the only jungle in the world that plays with you. Anyone giving a poor review for Busch Gardens Tampa has never been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Tampa is a fantastic representation for this company over its sister park. We traveled here on a Friday in March. We had lovely weather and very low crowds. The Mardi Gras event was going on and we were able to experience the parade and sample the foods. The sampler lanyard is a savings on the food, however if using the lanyard for drinks you only get a very small shot glass size. Only two rollercoasters and the flume ride were closed. We got to ride about everything we wanted to. Longest ride wait time was 30-40 minutes. Forgot to sign up for the giraffe safari and did not get to experience that. This is the only regret of the day. The animals were lovely and there were quite a lot of them. Overall very nice visit. The one complaint ā€” $85 to rent an ECV!!! That is insane and more than WDW. Way to take advantage of the mobility impaired patrons!!

2nd and LAST time - will never go again. Totally disorganized, customer service poor, park needs major facelift, too expensive and many rides closed, food horrible, long lines even though we had a quick pass. The pits - waste of time and money. Oh, donā€™t forget $30 to park your car šŸ˜”

Never, ever book their packages. We booked and were told to expect travel documents via email. They never Came. Arrived in Tampa. Still no documents. Called their customer service. Three hours total on hold. Absolute worst customer service. We did get the hotel but when you consider they ripped us off on the tickets they hotel is pretty dang expensive. Real bummer
