I purchased 4 fun cards for my sons 16th Birthday. We made the trip from Ft Myers Saturday 11.29.21, to spend the day celebrating. We were so very disappointed. We began our visit waiting 1.5 hours in a line at Montu, for them to shut the ride down, giving us no raincheck option or anything. There were several rides thereafter we traveled though the park to ride that were shut down as well, some including Cheeta Hunt, and Falcons Fury. At 3pm there were no places to obtain a snack or drink which forced us to wait in a almost 2 hour line at the smokehouse for a very early dinner. I read the park was going to be open until 10pm (I believe it was open later last year for Christmas Towne), but the rides all stopped at 9pm. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled of raw sewage to the point where people actually vomited all over in front of me in line just to go to the restroom. The Christmas show at the park was very disappointing compared to last year. I am so upset that we paid all this money, for my sons birthday, and we only got to ride 3 rides all day. It ruined his day completely. To top it all off, I send this message to them, and they have yet to respond.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. On a holiday weekend, they closed one of the main roller coasters for painting, which increases the pressure on other coaster lines, any of which could also have to close. Of course, another went down for a maintenance issue, which put two and a-half hour lines for the other coasters. Frustrating. There was no notice of the closed coasters on the web site or app, and they charged four times the typical rate for the Quick Cue passes, without fixing g notice of the actual debacle in their park.

Spent over $1500 on Black Friday special tickets and was disappointing before we even got in the parking lot. ($30 to park, dang.) Pretty sure they oversold the park. We bought tickets that got us in the quick queue and all day food. Food lines were an hour long, as most of the kiosks were closed. The kiosks that WERE open didn’t take the all day ticket option. MANY rides were also closed…we did not get our money’s worth on rides or food. Super disappointed and I’ve been going since the 1970’s.
