This was a well presented and informative tour. Mike is obviously passionate about his city's history and "dark side" We enjoyed his talent for story telling and regaling us with well documented sitings and experiences.

Keith was our guide and he was Very Knowledgeable of the History and was very interesting. Because it was advertised as a " Ghost Tour" I thought he could have made it a little more interesting for the kids in the tour. We as adults could appreciate the history lesson, but I thought the kids were a little disappointed. I don't know what he could have done really, but a little fun thrown into the tour would have made a difference. Over-all the tour was a good time and a memorable experience.

Great night for a walk around beautiful Charleston learning some history and ghost stories. Some stories would have been better at the locations where the haunting occurred. But in a walking tour the time and distance are limited. Visited some fun and interesting locations in the city. Guide was very entertaining.
