Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon

Stop by The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon, one of the most haunted buildings in Charleston. Since the late 1600s, the Exchange and Dungeon have existed in one form or another. Once a walled prison, it has been a haven for those seeking freedom as well as a dark and gruesome spot for prisoners caught on the wrong side of authority.

My girlfriend and I recently had a tour with Don. He was a wonderful storyteller and knew quite a bit about the history of Charleston. We had a wonderful time hearing about all the spooky haunts!

We went on the Death and Depravity tour for my bachelor party, hosted by Lance. A bunch of drunk 25 year olds isn't the easiest crowd to keep engaged and lead around the streets of Charleston, but he did a great job. Very factual and a great story teller.
