Interesting history about different things. Unfortunately, it was a col, cloudy day and ALL THE WINDOWS are in need of a MAJOR CLEANING…. Couldnt see well out of most of them. This is why I didnt give the highest stars.

The trip was canceled 23 minutes prior to departure by the operator after we had already driven to the location, paid for parking and walked to the departure point. I haven't received my refund and when I called customer service it seemed that they couldn't have cared less. We extended our trip by one day just to do this activity because it was sold out the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

We are sorry we had to cancel this tour due to mechanical issues. We had a problem with a water pump that prevented the toilets from working on board. Rather, than run a tour and tell everyone they couldn't use the restrooms on board, we decided to cancel as the issue couldn't be resolved prior to cruising. We were not sold out the previous day so we're not sure what you are referring to there. We would have notified guests earlier if we could, but this issue didn't come up until right before tour time. Fortunately, we found it before and not while under way. Customer comfort and safety is top priority, and most our guests praise our customer service compared to other boat operators. We have no control over this situation and never want to cancel, but with anything mechanical, it can happen from time to time. You booked through a 3rd party, and we asked for a refund on your behalf. We have no control over how long it takes for them to process. In the future, we always recommend booking direct.

The tickets are non-refundable. Our friends had to cancel their trip a week ahead of time because one of them had surgery from which she did not recover quickly enough to travel. I requested a refund, Viator refused. Good grief, even airlines and hotels are more flexible than that. The boat ride was as expected though the narrator was often difficult to understand because of a substandard audio system.
