This tour was excellent!! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared candid history of Charleston! As an African-American tourist, I appreciated hearing truthful historical notes about the importance of Blacks in Charleston! The sites and ground covered were perfectly detailed - the tour was not too long or too short. The guide was very open to questions and thorough in his responses. Our entire party was very glad we selected this tour!!

I had no idea all the history of Charleston and this gave me so much in a short time. You learn about the good and the ugly. You will learn about history and natural disasters. I found it very interesting and learned about people in history I had never heard of. This is a must do while in Charleston. Not only do you learn a lot but you see a lot of the downtown as well. I went back a second day to check out some of the buildings that were pointed out but we didn't get out to take more time at. Would recommend for anyone who likes history and getting some sightseeing in.

Very pleased with the tour and information provided by B.T. Pace was good. We kept going, but didn’t feel rushed. The tour covered some other parts of Charleston that we might not have seen and learned about if it was not for taking this tour. Sound system was good and you could hear commentary anyplace on the mini-bus. It was a warm day, but the air conditioner kept up well. Had a break a little over half way where we could look over the water front and stretch our legs. Would recommend this tour.
