It was nice to get to sit down and have air conditioning in the bus. The driver was really good at explaining all of the buildings we saw and the history of the city. I would recommend this tour.

We are so disappointed! We regularly take these tours. Unfortunately we booked the wrong day and immediately called to switch day / time. The woman who works for Adventure Sightseeing (booked via Trip Advisor) was initially rude, (phone number 8437620088) but eventually said she would give us a credit for another trip. They had 24 hours to rebook our seats and they could have, since their busses are full due to rain at the beach this week. Sadly, she never sent the email with the credit. I contacted you. Viator, and you ignored my email until now, when you want a review. I will never use this service again. We found an independent company with one bus and a lovely guide / driver using the Charleston Visitors Center. We highly recommend using independent / small operators. Viator was unhelpful - they ignored us!
