The tour guide, Allen, was very good - informative and knowledgeable. This tour is more for history buffs. We saw all kinds of houses with the old architecture from the 1800’s and learned about the civil war era for the people living there. I did not know Charleston was known for rice crops! I only wish the tour would have shown more if the city. It’s called “see-it-all” but you really don’t. The tour is definitely good if you’re short on time as we were, or if you don’t want to walk a lot. We’ll have to return when we can spend a couple days as it’s a very charming place and very walkable.
