Visit three of its craft breweries on this all-inclusive, 3.5-4hour tour, where you’ll get to tour one brewery production facility and enjoy copious samples of local brews. To keep things interesting, you’ll travel in a barrel-shaped bus. Morning and evening departure times are both available.

We pick-up across the street from the Rainforest Cafe. Come up to The Barrel Bus and our Guide will get you checked-in.

I love visiting smaller, less travelled breweries in cities that we visit. This afternoon trip was unique and entertaining, The bus itself is roomy and comfortably and attracts everyones attention. I really liked Jacob's (our tour guide) stories as we travelled about Chicago and brewery history. We visited three breweries on the 3 hour tour and we able to spend ample time at each to talk. It was a great afternoon trip!

Great way to spend the afternoon traveling in a beer barrel bus. We got a history lesson from our tour guide and some beer education and a tour from one of the owners. Went to three very different breweries and tried numerous samples of beers we would not normally try or even have access to. We made friends with the other people on the barrel bus (people who enjoy beer as much as we do). I was hesitant because it seemed expensive but it was worth it.

So, how do i get from brewery to brewery in an interesting way you ask? Well, this is certainly a great way to do so. Who doesn't like a hand built bus? Who doesn't like large barrels of adult beverages? Well, i like both. And this tour brings both to a really fun evening of great fun, and interesting places. Best group outing since the one with the restraining orders that I can't talk about. Jenny, and Dave (actually the designer, and builder of the machine) were excellent hosts, and the brewers were more than happy to see us, and make us very comfortable. Bring some travelers (beers/drinks for the ride), and a ride sharing app and have a great time.
