There is some upriver paddling so children under the age of 10 should be paired with an adult

Kayaks have a 300 pound weight limit. Tandem Kayaks 550 pounds. Paddleboards 225 pounds

What To Expect

Coldwater Excursions

Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. Discover the best way to snorkel with an underwater scooter; it does all the work of swimming for you so you can take in the beauty below the surface and snorkel effortlessly. Document your experience with a GoPro, with mounts to tackle every job you won't miss a moment. Relax in luxury and let us do all the heavy lifting, packing, and setting up for you. Cypress Springs is Beautiful! my husband and I kayaked to the springs with Jami as our guide! It was a wonderful day experience! Jami is a knowledgeable tour guide, always ensuring we were having a great time! She explained everything ahead of time, so we knew what to expect. So glad we went! Definitely recommend!

This was well worth it! It took a good part of the day and kept my 13 and 18 year old boys entertained! Lunch was great, they provided water, sunscreen, beach chair, clean towel. All you needed was your sunglasses and a hat. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My kids loved the underwater scooters and the snorkeling gear. I would definitely do this again!
