In June 2018, I had the awesome privilege to zipline with my teenage kids. We had the help from Max and Noah. Their services were amazing. This was my first time ever going on a zipline. I felt so safe and secure because Noah made sure I was strapped in safely each and every time. Max was there at the other end to make sure I made it in safely. The equipment was handled by Max and Noah. We did not have to do anything bu go when it was time. The path leading up to some of the platforms was interesting. We walked on planks that moved while we walked. It was an interesting aspect of the event. I loved every moment of it. Never once did I feel unsafe. I trusted them with my kids too in how they were strapped in securely. I highly recommend this group to go out on a tour with. They were fun, interested in us, and Max and Noah helped us get to know our group as well. It was for a while like being in a small family. I loved the atmosphere of care they created.

Did NOT expect to be climbing flimsy ladders and going across swaying rope bridges. Silly me assumed it would be like others I've done - hike through the woods and then climb up solid stairs to the platform and zip across. This is not that and if you're the least bit afraid of heights then find another adventure. Sure, they hook you up to the safety ropes all over, but that just freaked me out more, like wow, I could fall? I find it amazing that all they have are 5 star ratings on here and no one mentioned this. Be aware that this is not just a walk in the woods, it's physical and a bit scary. The zipping part is fine, the lines are not that long, but they do have a lot of people to get through for each zip. The platforms are small and when you have a lot of people up there it's a bit challenging. So, although I loved "zipping" the rest was a bit much and not that enjoyable. I'm sure others without fear of heights (like my husband) are the ones who are giving the 5 stars - I thought a true depiction would be more appropriate. The guides were fun and knowledgeable so that was great, Indy and another young woman whose name I can't remember.
