The marketing lists many different impersonators and we were expecting a few songs from the different impersonators listed. What we got was three different impersonators. If they would have been who we liked, it would have been fine as they were good singers, but they weren’t our cup of tea, except for Elvis.

We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the show you saw! Our marketing does list many different entertainers, however, it also states that they perform on a rotating schedule but Elvis is always in the building. If each performer listed was all in the same show there is no way possible the show could be 90 minutes or each performer would only be able to sing one song, it just would not be possible to have that many in any one show at the same time. If you look at the photos that we post as well as other guests and if you check the Facebook page it does show that there are 3 performers each show. We encourage everyone to call our box office to get the most up to date lineup schedule. We do agree with you that they are all good singers, we consider them the best in the business!! We hope you have a great rest of your vacation in our beautiful Smoky Mountains!!

Show was very disappointing. Elvis and Kenny sounded good but the quality of the show was very poor. One stage like in kindergarten and strobe lights occasionally.

We are sorry to hear that our show was disappointing to you. I do not understand how the quality of the show was very poor. We do have only one stage, however, I have never saw a kindergarten stage look like the one we have and I’m not sure how many different stages you were expecting but we do advertise our theater as being a small and intimate theater with 180 seats so I am unsure why you were expecting multiple stages as most smaller venues do have the one stage. We have spent thousands of dollars on our lighting system and we consider it to be one of the best in town, it is actually not an occasional strobe light as is stated in your review so I am unsure if you stayed the entire show but we have a curtain that is the backdrop on the stage that is lighted and it is synced to the music and we have many different types of lights that do different things during each show approximately 680 light cues for the show you saw … we do have strobe lights as well for our Elvis since that is what The real Elvis Presley used in many of his live concerts. We have had multiple compliments on how well our lights are compared to other venues in town. We are happy that you thought our Elvis and Kenny sounded good, we are very proud of the talent we have here as they are all award winning artists that have performed all over the world and won many awards! We hope you enjoy the rest of your stay here in our Great Smoky Mountains!

Exceeded my expectations. Was a good value for the money. Would definitely recommend it to others. Was a last minute decision that I'm glad we made.
