Matt was an excellent tour guide. His passion for the market and its people was contagious. Great sense of humor. He shared a lot about how the market is a community and a market for the people. Food samplings good and varied. Definitely worth 2 hours to get the behind the scenes overview.

We had a great time on this tour! Mark was fabulous. You could tell he was passionate about showing off his hometown - Seattle! Pike Place is overwhelming. I think a tour like this is the perfect way to assure you see a lot and, more importantly, eat a lot!

We took the early access food tour of Pike Place Market. It is such a great way to see the market and learn about the different food booths there along with the history of the market. Our guide was John and he was very knowledgeable about the market place. Our tour started at 8:30 and took between 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We went to 7 or 8 different food places. I was so glad we took the 8:30 am tour because we could see so much without crowds of people. By time we left at 11:30 the market place was packed! I have taken food tours in other cities but this was the first time my husband had gone on one. Originally he was just going along with me because I wanted to do it but by time we got to the end of the tour he found himself really enjoying it. Besides the great delicious food you learn so much about the history of the market and it's place in Seattle. One of the best tours I have ever taken!
