This was my first visit to New Orleans and my tour with volunteer guide, Don, was the perfect start to my visit!! Don presented a mix of history, local traditions, anecdotes, architecture, steet music, and the characteristics of local restaurants. It was like visiting the French Quarter with a thoughtul friend. I highly recommend this tour (and Don)!!!!

Our knowledgeable guide, Brian, was entertaining and so easy to listen to! He moved us from one area to the next sharing interesting facts along with folklore and legends! We scheduled the walking tour to gain information about the history of the French Quarter and Brian delivered! Having admission to the 1850's House Museum was an added bonus! We stopped for lunch after the walking tour and circled back to the 1850's House for a fun peek into a 1900's New Orleans home!

Quality tour from a passionate volunteer. He was a retired lawyer, and you could tell that he loved the city and its history.
