First things first is parking. There are many parking spots right around the harbor, its pay as you park, so find a spot and pay at the kiosk..or do what we did when we asked the one of the crewmembers, he stated, don't worry about it, they never check, park near the back. So that's what we did, we parked near the back by the building and nothing happened. Anyways, we were upgraded from our smaller boat to the 3 level Calypso. I'm glad we were though, the waves were very choppy that morning and being on a bigger boat helped with the motion sickness. Breakfast was an array of fresh fruit, juices, bread muffins and eggs which was nice. The captain and crew were funny and very knowledgeable. The crater was beautiful, there were only 4 other boats there when we arrived so it was nice and calm, 180 feet clarity. We saw tons of fishes. The next stop was turtle town but because of the muddy waters we went whale watching which was super awesome because we saw a nice pod of whales literally 20-30 yards away from us. So we had a good 15-20 min show of whales jumping and breaching the waters. Super awesome. Lunch was chicken or pulled pork sandwiches and coleslaw which made for a nice hot lunch. The of course the open bar, $2 for drinks and beer, which made it for the cheapest happy hour around. The ride back was super smoothe and relaxing, would highly recommend.
