Horrible experience arrived an hour early first ones there We checked in and got our boarding passes Captain then said there bathroom upstairs he suggested we use those he also mentioned boat had bathrooms but the ones upstairs where nicer and just easier we went to the bathroom cane back down and boat left us our group had seven in it they left us all not only did they leave us but they also left another group of 7 so in total they left 14 people behind no refund said it was our fault they did say we can go the next day but we have to pay all over again. I’m a business owner and I was blown away by there customer service I do not recommend this company to anyone I will be disputing this with my credit card company

We had a spectacular snorkeling adventure on the Malolo. It was a highlight of our Hawaiian vacation. The crew were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took us to excellent locations where we were able to observe beautiful life underwater. We had many close encounters with sea turtles and fish. The equipment was clean and in great working order. They provided everything we needed. This trip is a MUST for anyone visiting Maui who wants to snorkel.

We had a great time snorkeling and swimming with a turtle. The staff were well-informed and friendly. The food is ok (I would have been fine without it). Overall great time!
