I have booked and paid for a tour of about 5h30, including snorkeling sites. But the second site (snorkeling with green turtles in Turtle down) has been canceled wthout any good reason : weather was great and some other pepople from Lahaina amade this snorkeling experience the same day. We have just seen Turtle Town far from the boat : no turtles, just rsorts and villas... Bad experience. No turtles, just one snorkeling site, excursion shortend about one hour less... but the price was the same.

We are sorry you feel this way. Sometimes due to various factors, such as wind, swell, and murky water we are unable to go to both sites. However the duration of the trip and amenities stay comparable. We go where the snorkeling will be the most enjoyable and safe. Thank you for joining us.

Really nice staff, and fun families on the boat. Great lifeguarding on the boards when we were out w/ the kids. Terrific. But we snorkeled just as good down by Wailea.

We booked the Molokini tour and headed out early morning with our captain and crew. They were super nice and seemed fun. Unfortunately, mother nature wasn't cooperating so after a short tour, we had to head back to dry land. I was AMAZED that we got a full refund without having to do anything - we booked through TripAdvisor and had an email waiting for us providing our refund. The tour organizer said he'd rather leave a good impression on tourists than haggle over a lost day on the ocean and that was worth a lot to us. I think another outfit might have been more challenging to work with. I was impressed as it surely cost them money in gas and food -- and a loss of a day's work. We still tipped the crew before we got off the boat. The captain and crew (while we were out) seemed great, there was a nice continental breakfast and the boat is much smaller than other snorkeling boats. I think it would have been a great time out but we appreciate the effort from our crew and know that Mother Nature can disappoint.
