West side was good. Molokini isn’t what it used to be. Unfortunate we couldn’t see turtles either but out of crew’s control. Advertised arrival time was also late by 1/2 hour. Not overly impressed with Viator on that front.

Boat was super crowded with too many people. There was 66 people on the boat! I wish we had gone on a boat where it wasn’t so packed in like sardines. The crew was amazing and I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the overcrowding. Good food and drinks plus they took good care of everyone. They could charge more and give a much better experience as offered by other companies. I wish I had done more research.

Awesome experience! It was our first time snorkeling and the staff was very helpful. Water was a bit cold, as we went in February, but it was easy to get used to and the Malolo provided wetsuits for anyone interested. The friendly crew indulged all our questions about what types of fish we were seeing, and the food (especially the cookies!) was super tasty after swimming for so long.
