Nothing like I thought it would be. First, you have to purchase the pass which is $59 for the three locations which are only accessible via their shuttle buses. You're not allowed to drive your own vehicle. Second, the pass does not include with skywalk bridge. For access to the bridge you need to pay an additional $29! Lastly, you're not allowed to bring any personal belongings such as your phone to be able to take pictures. Save yourself the money and drive to the actual national park. Garbage. Dumpster fire.

Alex, We're very sorry for your disappointment. As we are located on the Hualapai Indian Reservation, we are privately owned and operated. Our fees differ from the National Park and are used to maintain and enhance the destination as well as support the local Hualapai Tribe. We don't allow outside electronics on the Skywalk as we want to prevent items from being dropped onto the glass (and potentially damaging) or over the edge (and polluting the Canyon). We also want to regulate the traffic of guests on the Skywalk to ensure that everyone has sufficient times to experience it without feeling rushed or crowded.

This is the 2nd time I visited this part of the Canyon and probably I will not go back too soon. This is not because of the view , it is due to the very expensive price that you have to pay ! For 3 people the total was $182, and this was just the general admission, with no Skywalk view. The other parts of the Canyon are more affordable. Anyway, you get to the parking lot first which luckily is free and then you have to get in the big tent to purchase the tickets. Then you have to take a bus to the first point which takes about 10 minutes. There are some guys there by the rim that watch over you and make sure you stay 5 feet away from the Canyon. We did not do the skywalk this time , since we did it in the past . It is only a one time experience, since you have to pay extra to get on it after you stay in a long line , to also realize as you get there that no cameras or phones are allowed. You also get some special covers over your shoes not to scratch the glass which is understandable. You get pictures taken by the guys there and have to pay extra to get to take them home. The view is beautiful, but honestly, you can get the same beautiful view of you just look at the Canyon from the rim . The second stop is another 10 minutes drive by bus. You get a better view of the Canyon from there . There is also a cafe you can get some food . They close at 5.30. The price is $19 for a choice of beef, chicken or vegetable, same price as they advertise at the ticket counter when you buy your initial ticket. It is not cheaper as they mention. The food was pretty good especially that we were hungry . We got 2 chicken and 1 beef which was shredded. You also get a salad on the side and one bottle of water. There is a nice area that has tables from where you can enjoy both the food and the Canyon . Just watch out for the birds that steal your food if you are leaving it. What can I say in the end - I love the Canyon but I dislike the price you have to pay for everything.

diangeltravel, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment in the pricing. We do our best to keep prices fair while being able to maintain and continue to enhance the destination for guests. We have dining outlets located at each point (ticket terminal, eagle point, guano point and hualapai ranch). The meal ticket can be used at either Guano Point or Hualapai Ranch, but Sky View Restaurant (located at Eagle Point) and the Terminal Cafe both offer a la carte options.
