What To Expect
1
Grand Teton
The majestic, awe-inspiring Teton Mountain Range of the Rockies is the western edge of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. With no foothills before them, these rugged 11,000-13,000+ peaks rise straight up from the Jackson Hole valley below.
2
Mormon Row Historic District
This historic area features the iconic Moulton barns and other original structures built by several Mormon homesteaders in the early 1900s.
3
Oxbow Bend
This bend in the Snake River is the definition of serenity, featuring a stunning view and reflection of Mt. Moran of the Teton Mountain Range in the still water. We often see white pelicans, trumpeter swans, blue herons and occasionally beaver, fox and grizzly bears.
4
Jackson Lake
Fed by the Snake River from the north, this magnificent lake rests at the base of the Tetons and is a recreational haven for boaters, fishermen, paddlers and campers.
5
Jenny Lake Overlook
Named after a Shoshone Indian woman, this glacial moraine jewel at the base of the Tetons is absolutely gorgeous and a must-see!

Great tour. Didn’t get to see all the animals we wanted but you’re never guaranteed that. We were well taken care of with a nice breakfast and drinks. Very good trip.

Jackie was our guide for the morning tour of the Tetons on 8/31. Within the first 30 mins, we saw 5 moose! Yes, 5! They were all within a few miles of each other. Jackie said it was rare to see more than 1 in a day. I enjoyed Mormon Row, Oxbow Bend, and the stop at Jenny Lake. We were able to see a mule deer, marmot and an osprey on the nest. We hoped for a bear sighting but the road was closed to the area Jackie planned to take us. She said they heard people were feeding them a few days before our tour. We had a great time chatting with Jackie. She loved our GA accents. It was a great morning! I would definitely recommend this tour or any other they offer.

We took our 13 and 16 year old on the Grand Teton tour and had an excellent time. They provide a breakfast snack (fresh muffins and juice) and lunch that you select when you book your tour. The van used for the tour was extremely comfortable and they provided binoculars, which were so helpful when looking out for certain wildlife. It is an excellent tour to get the history of the Grand Tetons and see some beautiful scenery. Our tour guide was Eric and he did an excellent job - we would definitely recommend. One other note, our guide took us to many places to try and find bear.
