The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is about 8 miles west of Sedona. Make your own way to the departure point and from there, you will be taken to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. The 3-hour tour begins when you arrive at the trailhead. This is the outback of the West Sedona Valley, where over 40 movies have been filmed over the years. There is over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, which provides your guide with the opportunity to customize each tour based on the age, interests and skill levels of the group. You’ll be awestruck by a view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, over 800 feet above the valley floor. And don’t be surprised if some antelope run alongside you as you drive along the valley floor! For your safety and comfort, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring your sunglasses. Also, bring your camera; the views are spectacular!

I highly recommend the guided tour. Tim our tour guide, was very informative and knowledgeable about the terrain. He made it very easy for us to ride. The tour was full of magnificent scenery of Red Rock, Sedona mountains. If you want to do something full of fun and exciting, ATV Adventure Tours is the place to go!

My boyfriend and I booked a 8 am ATV tour through Western Sedona today and it was so much fun. Our tour guide was Donnie and he was the best tour guide ever. He was funny and personable and gave us all the instructions and help to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The tour was long, in the best way possible. Riding over rocks and hills and stopping for pictures with water and snacks. Seriously such a great experience, we had a blast!! I would Totally recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see western Sedona and make memories you’ll never forget! Make sure to request Donnie as your guide!!! Thank you, Donnie!!!

My husband & I did the Guided ATV tour in Sedona and we are glad we did. We booked our trip through the company’s website which was very clear and easy to navigate. There were 12 people who signed up for the same time slot. They divided us into 2 groups which was more manageable. Our group of 6 had Donnie for a guide who was great. He took the time to explain everything. He did a great job in assessing everyone’s skill level and not making anyone feel bad about being “slow”. October is a great time to go. Not too hot! The daytime temp on our trip was mid 60 and sunny.
