Our guide Josh was awesome! Kept us all safe and knew exactly what he was doing. Learned how to surf :) Definitely willing to come back and would not mind having the same guide. Love how he looks out for the other boats too.

What an AWESOME experience! We loved the Animas River and the whole Mild to Wild crew. Ashton was a terrific guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. My wife has had neck surgery and a titanium rod in her neck so we were a little apprehensive but this trip didn't affect her at all and she had a great time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this half-day trip for any family. The river was a little low (315 GPM) but that just exposed more boulders to maneuver around and made it more exciting. Mild to Wild ROCKS!

Chris led the way, or, I should say, guided us from the rear of the raft, along the Animas River, He spared us not of rapids that spit the river's content on us, even had us surfing on certain rapids. Chris was personable, engaging with interest in our stories and travels. An excellent time was had by all, from the youngest of five to me, the old fart at 74.
