Not great mostly due to not be able to see inside a few buildings due to covid restrictions. It would be better to at least see inside courtyard and great hall.

Hi Mary, We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the tour. We would have been be happy to offer you a refund if we knew you were unhappy with the experience. For those reading Mary's review please know that our current tour uses a headphone microphone system to allow us to see as much as campus as possible even with the current covid restrictions. In fact, with this technology we are able to see more areas of campus than ever. We are still viewing all the major buildings, our stories are still scripted to provide fun live outdoor theater - something that has been dormant in all our lives for over a year. The tour experience is still scripted and the guides make it clear that all are welcome to wander anywhere you'd like after the tour. The pandemic has made working conditions extremely difficult for the entire hospitality industry and we have just been allowed to open up after a year closed. Many of our colleagues have lost their jobs and some, their lives during this time. A review like this, critical of things not even under our control (like buildings and courtyards being temporarily closed) is heartbreaking. It potentially hurts the livelihood of our guides who have lost a year of work due to the pandemic and who are right this moment working so hard to bring a smile to the face of our guests who have been on lock-down for a year. Sincerely, Daniel Bodt Co Founder and Owner.

It was great. Specific thanks to the 11a April 3 tour. We were late due to backed up Uber, and one employee was there for us to catch us up--he was awesome as we were in a down mood with our scrambling. The tour itself was excellent. My son got into Harvard early but they weren't doing tours themselves. Couldn't send him across the country to a place he's never seen!! So this was good, as even though it's not a different tour, the dorms and main buildings were pointed out and he got a taste for the atmosphere (very chill place btw, students mixed with tourist families, people hanging outside the yard with their dogs, etc.)

Thank you Allena! So glad that you had a great time. We hope your son enjoys his years at Harvard! Let us know if he wants to sign up to train as a tour guide!

Our guide, Jessica, was great - really friendly and gave a very amusing tour full of great stories. It definitely made a difference getting a tour from a current student, and it was a great way to explore the area at just over an hour long.
