The boat has a lower enclosed deck, a middle deck which is a shaded but otherwise open are, and an open air upper deck with bench seating.
A fully stocked bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and a snack bar with light fare such as hot dogs & fresh popped popcorn is available on the lower main deck at your own expense.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed on board the boat
There is plenty of seating on the boat, both inside and on the upper deck, which consists mainly of bench-style seating; the main lower deck has chairs; seating is on a first-come first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early if you’d like to sit in a particular area of the boat

Very much enjoyed the Hudson River Cruise. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Cruise ship offered beverages and snacks. The cruise photo was a very nice touch.

We actually did this trip two times in June with different company. This provides a narrated boat ride up the Hudson. It is a great ride on a sunny afternoon. Unfortunately, in certain spots on the boat the fumes from the engines are a bit overwhelming and the noise from the engines made the sound system hard to hear. Wish they could correct that.

It is easy to book online, easy close parking, easy to pick up tickets right next to the boat, easy boarding. The cruise is a leisurely 2 hours with enough information about the area, but still plenty of quiet time to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. A perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. We took overseas relatives, and they loved it.
