Hydrojet Dolphin Cruise

Overview

We leave our dock in the Hydrojet and cruise the Destin Harbor and then into the East Pass. We will then pick up speed and head into the Gulf of Mexico. Hydrojet then travels east down the beach always searching for marine life such as: dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays and manatees, ect. Once we find marine life we stop and let you take pictures and video. During days with choppy water we will do wave jumping.

PLEASE remember to TIP the crew, they work hard before, dearing and after your trip to make it very memorable.

This was an absolute BLAST. The captain and first mate made it fun for kids and adults. We spotted several dolphins and the high-speed runs through the waves was very fun. Be aware, the seating is somewhat unconventional: each "seat" is for 2 people and you straddle it like a motorcycle seat. Just something to think about when traveling with a group. Also, while this boat does not make hard turns or power slides, there is plenty of ocean spray when you go through the waves, so expect to get wet. We did other excursions with our 5 year old and he enjoyed them all, but this was his favorite by FAR. We will definitely do this again on our next visit to the area.

We really enjoyed this boat ride. We saw many dolphins, the boat allowed for safe seating and the music was fun. It could have been better if the tour guides had a microphone because it was sometimes hard to hear them. Other than that we loved it
