Pick up and drop off was smooth. Lisa, our driver, was filled with much information and told us many interesting facts. She also relayed what would happen once we arrived at plantation. She took us on a walk of some of the property. After that, we went on the tram ride. She was waiting for us on the return. We then were given 45 minutes of free time. We chose to walk in some of the garden and visit the zoo. You could have also gotten food. Lisa then met us on the steps of the house, where we were then given a tour of the plantation house by the staff there. After the house tour, we returned to the bus. Lisa got us back safe and sound. We opted for a transportation tour as we heard it was difficult to get Ubers back to the downtown area. Both adventure tours we took were fantastic!!

Our shuttle driver was a delight and very informative. The only negative comments I have iareregarding the tram seating and operator. The tram seats should all be facing forward. Every time the driver said look to YOUR left/right, he should have indicated his left/right. Also, he should have had a better microphone as a lot of his speaking was done too softly. Also, I realize everything is on a schedule, but I felt that the tram operator drove a bit too fast for us to take photos of the wild & plant life.
