We had a fantastic time on this trip!
I will say there is a lot of driving involved, so if that’s not your thing you may not enjoy it as much. For us, after 2.5 days of walking all over Boston and Salem, we needed some down time but still wanted to get out and see things, so this was perfect!
I love that we were picked up and dropped off right at our hotel. Easy peasy!
Then we had a pit stop at McDonald’s for breakfast. On to Cape Cod to catch the ferry. We had about 30 minutes to walk around before the ferry headed to Martha’s Vineyard. It was about 40 minutes to get there.
We did opt for the 3 hour island tour, which I always enjoy. It’s fun to hear all of the info the tour guide shares. And we got to see so much more of the island than we’d see on our own.
Once that was done, we had a few hours to get lunch and do some more exploring.
Back to the ferry and the long drive home.
We definitely had a great day seeing Martha’s Vineyard! I would even do the same tour again :)

Thank you for taking the time to write this FANTASTIC 5 Star Review! I am happy to hear that you had such a wonderful and relaxing day! There certainly is a bit of travel involved to get to Martha's Vineyard from Boston but we believe that it is well worth the journey. Our guides do a great job of making the bus part of the trip both informative and fun. Tom on the island is also in a class of his own when it comes to island knowledge. Thank you again for the review and hopefully we'll see you again on another New England Trip!
Kind Regards,
