Next, travel into Custer State Park which is one of the World’s Top Ten Wildlife Destinations. It is known for its bison herds, begging burros and other wildlife. Take in the scenery and marvel at the beauty of Iron Mountain Road. You will wind over stacked loops of wooden bridges known as the pigtails and through one-lane tunnels that perfectly frame Mount Rushmore in the distance.

Bruce our driver was excellent. The bus was another story. 1. Overhead air adjustment missing. 2,Right overhead speakers worked maybe 15 % of the time. Cutting in and out. 3. Very Annoying 4. No leg room, cramped.

Thank you for your kind words about Bruce, he is an excellent driver and tour guide. On the motorcoach, true it is on the smaller side, but that is needed in order to enjoy beautiful Iron Mountain Road with the narrow tunnels.

Bruce our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. We all enjoyed him so much. The itinerary was great and interesting. Learned lots of interesting facts of history. Just loved seeing Mt. Rushmore- it was amazing as well as Crazy Horse work of art and background.
